SPECIAL CARBON FIBER ROLLERS

For those industrial applications where rollers are the heart of the manufacturing process, such as printing and converting, we can manufacture custom-made high-performance rollers.
The rollers are all made using carbon fibre tubes, with a carefully developed internal structure conceived to ensure extremely high stiffness, high precision and large sizes.

Characteristics of the special rollers
The main requirements for improving the productivity of industrial machinery and equipment are:

- higher speed
- higher flexibility
The special rollers are manufactured following a patented process called K1, which enables us to also produce large size tubes, by unit, and design exactly to meet Customer’s specifications:
- Up to dia 500 mm
- Up to 10 mt.
- Thickness until 25 mm
- Modulus: from 150 GPa to 400 GPa
